IRS Careers – We developed an innovative recruitment advertising campaign featuring a distinctive illustration style that showcases the personalities and passions of potential employees beyond the workplace. Paired with the tagline “Count on Me,” the campaign featured print, digital, and a Webby Award-winning website that highlighted IRS career opportunities in a human-centered manner.
